Remote D365 CE Functional Lead £75k

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established Microsoft Parter who focus on delivering to house builders and the education verticals. They are requiring a Functional Lead to join their ever-expanding team to support the exponential growth the company has had.

Responsibilities

• Play a lead role in solution delivery. Dependent on the size of the project you will be expected.

to lead a team of functional (and technical) consultants ensuring smooth delivery and a unified approach.

• Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation from: leading workshops and analysing the customer’s requirements to configuring the D365 CE applications and environment/release management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the customer organisation to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of the D365 CE applications and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard D365 CE functionality.

Provide Project Management for smaller D365 CE Implementations including Budget, Resource, Milestones reporting supported by this company’s PMO function.

Experience

• 6-8 years + D365 CE CRM project delivery experience.
• Experience leading on projects (Must be prepared to be in the driver’s seat).
• Power Platform experience - PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Portals.
• Strong MS Partner experience is a must.
• Able to manage a room of people/workshop and know what level to pitch at depending on the audience.
• Strong communication.

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £75k. Salary plus £5,000 GP bonus (Paid monthly). They also have benefits such as:

Location

This company is a Microsoft Partner based in Birmingham but is a remote role. The perfect Functional Lead however will be prepared to visit this office when required.
