Administrator
Hours: 40 hours per week 
Pay rate: £15ph (Temporary to Permanent)


We currently have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients who are a well-established training services based in Liverpool Aintree. The role we are currently recruiting for a hands on Administrator who can work part of a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:
•    Supporting classroom tutors with paperwork and data entry.
•    Make outbound calls to new prospect students.
•    Organising and managing internal databases. 
•    Coordinating meetings and appointments
•    Adhering to fast paced and change within the business. 
•   Communicating and update employees

Experience:
•    You must have telephony experience. 
•    Previous experience within administration. 
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Great attention to detail and strong organisation skills 
•    Worked in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Strong IT skills
