Revenues assistant needed in Bedford £23ph ref 5250134

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

  • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Council Tax billing, collection and recovery activities.
  • Must be able to process NEC Citizen Access Revenues tasks.
  • Must be able to deliver a front line service, with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet the demands of the service. This will require the ability to process high levels of work whilst maintaining accuracy.
