About the Company 

A leading global law firm are looking to hire a HR Reporting Specialist to work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiency across the reporting function 

About the Role 

The role will entail: 

  • Design and develop reporting tools in collaboration with other teams 
  • Advise on data requirements, review and analysis 
  • Review and analyse data in line with the business needs 
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders 
  • Create efficiencies within the reporting function 
  • Act as subject matter expert on people data and educate stakeholders 

Job Requirements 

The successful candidate will have prior experience with people data reporting in a professional services environment and excellent communication skills. Previous experience using PeopleSoft and PowerBI will be a strong asset and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can drive process improvements.
