Residential Lawyer with Local Authority experience.
Residential lawyer – experience in dealing with development plot sales and advising clients on all aspects of residential development; advising on and acting in residential transactions on all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including dealing acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions; variation of restrictive covenant etc . experience in dealing with new developments and plot sales is desirable but not essential.

Experience in local authority land dealings is not essential and will consider private practice background for the right candidate.

Good IT Skills and knowledge and ability of using a case management system and time recording is ideal 

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
