Disrepair Caseworker needed in Tredomen

The rate is £24.53ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be completing the necessary casework for Pre-Action Disrepair cases. They will be maintaining accurate case records, monitoring deadlines and supporting the overall team in effective management of legal disrepair casework and liaising with Disrepair Surveyors and Contract Manager in relation to remedial works.
