Solicitor needed in Nottingham, £23.03ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1325395

The role is for an initial 3 months with the option to extend through to the end of the current financial year.

The successful candidate will ideally have a sound understanding and experience of handling a busy caseload of local authority land sales, purchases, advising on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters, academy conversion, working on land developments agreements/collaborations and providing legal support on complex projects.

The role will expect the successful candidate to work with minimal supervision and direction. Whilst the place of work will be in the office in West Bridgford Nottingham, the successful candidate may work remotely and flexibly provided they manage their client's reasonable expectations and our service needs attending the office as and when required.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
