Position: Administrator
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Ormskirk – Office Based
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to various departments, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare, organise, and manage travel-related documentation, including itineraries, invoices, and reports.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in company systems, ensuring up-to-date records.
  • Coordination: Assist with the coordination of travel logistics, working closely with Aviation, Operations, and Ground Agents.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
  • Communication: Handle internal communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and effective information flow.
  • Report Generation: Compile and generate reports as required, supporting departmental needs.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with booking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Passion for travel and an eagerness to support the company's mission and goals.
