The rate is £16.15ph PAYE

The successful candidates work would involve working as part of a team delivering adaptations works for local authority houses. They will be working alongside a joiner so any multi skilling would be a bonus, works would include first and second fixing bathrooms and kitchens, removing and refitting radiators and all other general plumbing operations.
