Carpenter needed in North West London Paying  £19.25 per hr ref 1325737

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily
• Single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises
• The candidate will ideally be experienced in undertaking works to upgrade doors and existing frames in relation to Fire Safety improvement work
• Measuring and fitting new doors, frames and doorsets in accordance with current guidance relating to fire safety
• Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
