Marketing Manager | $70,000 | Global Force!

Pearson Carter are working with a rapid-growing tech company who have grown across multiple continents over the last few years.

They are looking for a Marketing Manager to help them scale across the globe. This is a great opportunity to grow with a highly liquid company!

Responsibilities:

• Research and create compelling website content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and other articles.
• Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with our brand messaging.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the sales funnel.
• Manage our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, and create engaging posts to drive audience interaction.
• Activate and engage communities on LinkedIn, focusing on our target customers: technology service providers and mid-sized and larger companies.
• Understand and leverage the "watering holes" where our target audience gathers, and implement strategies to engage them effectively.
• Utilize HubSpot to design and execute email campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
• Leverage existing integrations to enhance automation and improve campaign effectiveness
• Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic search rankings.
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and increase conversion rates.

Experience:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Experience with lead nurture campaigns and a deep understanding of SEO principles.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with AI trends and methodologies
• Experience in activating and engaging communities on LinkedIn.

Salary + Benefits:

They offer an excellent salary up to $70,000 and includes benefits.
