The successful candidate will provide a quality needs-led service for young people preparing to leave care and to provide their support post-care.

They will operate in a mobile flexible service which requires staff to carry out duties in normal working hours and evening and cover working by arrangement. To provide the leaving care personal advisor role for all eligible, relevant and former relevant young people as required by the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000 and volume 3 of the Children Act 2010 including the production and review of the pathway plan and regular 2 monthly visits to care leavers.
