THE COMPANY:

My client is a FTSE 250 listed Real Estate Investment Trust and a member of the European Public Real Estate Association and Listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1993. They currently manage manages 4.7 million sq. ft. of business space across 77 properties in London and the South East. 

THE ROLE: 

Ideally a perm £55K - £60K 

• Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis, document detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and propose effective solutions that align with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Analyse current business processes and workflows, identify areas for optimisation, document processes through methods like flowcharts and implement improvements to streamline operations
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Data Management: Oversee data integration, migration, and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.

London 4 days a week but then will ease to 2/3 days following project completion 

THE CANDIDATE:

- Happy to have someone who is an experienced BA, and only 2 -3 years Dynamics CRM experience 
- Sales Modules and Customer Service Modules experience is a must
- Experience delivering a Dynamics 365 CRM migration or implementation
-Proven experience of working with senior stakeholder on multiple projects
- Positive attitude
