Pearson Carter is working with a FTSE 250 listed Real Estate Investment Trust who are looking to hire a D365 CE Business Analyst to join their team. They have a huge project in line to move from on-premise to cloud and therefore require a Business Analyst to help manage this. 

They are offering up to £60k with an extensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Business Analyst experience
• 2-3 years Dynamics CRM experience
• Experience working on Sales modules and Customer Service modules 
• Experience delivering a Dynamics 365 CRM migration or implementation
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on multiple projects 

The role

• Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis, document detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and propose effective solutions that align with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Analyse current business processes and workflows, identify areas for optimisation, document processes through methods like flowcharts and implement improvements to streamline operations
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Data Management: Oversee data integration, migration, and quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and generate reports and analytics to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.

Salary

They are offering a salary of up to £60,000 + benefits, with an option for a contract role at a day rate of £550 - though permanent is preferred.

Location

The role is based in Central London, the candidate will be expected to travel to the office at least 3-4 times per week.
