Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader needed in Loughborough Paying £16.70 per hr Ref OR2658

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting the Principal Officer in delivering the Management Agreement and Delivery Plan

  • Managing and supervising the trade workforce to meet performance targets

  • Delivering service improvements through the Performance Management Framework

  • Embedding a value for money culture and continuous improvement

  • Contributing to the out-of-hours call-out service

  • Demonstrating leadership and maintaining a customer-focused culture

  • Ensuring accountability, compliance with regulations, and effective risk management

  • Managing budgets and supporting procurement and contract management

  • Delivering excellent vacant property repairs and responsive repair services

  • Preparing reports and supporting waste management, transport, and stock management

  • Supervising and managing external contractors

  • Supporting the Principal Officer in strategic and operational initiatives
