Technical Product Support Manager
Pearson Carter are currently working with a growing consultancy in the Healthcare industry who need someone to come into the business and manage all support/security of their IT systems.
This role will see you manage the M365 estate alongside, Azure and SaaS systems, you would be the only person in the team doing this role so its perfect for anyone looking to take ownership in a new position..

Responsibilities:
- Handling, administration and security of all current IT systems
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to all teams – via remote support tools
- Work with the team to implement process and systems to conform with standards (such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO-27001)
Experience:
- Azure
- Office 365
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: £45,000 - £55,000
Location
The client is UK based but they do not have an office, all work will be remote.
