Customer Service Navigator needed in Ashton under Lyne Paying £11.44 per hr Ref 0009 784D /1

Full time time on a temporary basis

 Role Purpose: Provide advice, information, and support to residents to help them maximize income, reduce outgoings, and connect with wider services to improve long-term financial resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to residents and assist with applications for discretionary funds and grants.

  • Support residents with a wide range of enquiries, including council tax, housing benefit, and council tax support.

  • Assess and process applications for discretionary funds, including the Resettlement Scheme and Household Support Fund.
