An established Financial Services firm is looking for a hungry and ambitious Team Assistant to support a legal team of 4. 

Supporting this business will require someone who is confident, proactive, conscientious and hardworking. Duties will include diary and travel management on a global scale, processing expenses and document management etc.

Skills/Experienced Required;

  • Must have experience with extensive diary management for multiple individuals.
  • Must have experience scheduling across time zones.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High degree of business acumen.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
  • Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
