Level 1 Helpdesk Support Engineer
Pearson Carter are currently working with a large client based in Kansas who need a helpdesk engineer to help with 1st-2nd line support requests for 2 of their offices.
The role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in IT, the company have big plans for the future and want to develop this hire over the next few years.

Responsibilities:
- Be the POC for IT tickets, requests and issues
- Resolve tickets or escalate depending on impact/severity
- Prepare IT hardware and roll out new software
Experience:
- Support experience 1st-2nd
- MS Windows Desktop
- Knowledge of MS technologies and systems
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: $55,000 - $65,000
Location
The client has 2 offices which are based close to each other in Lenexa, Kansas, this role will be onsite and you will support both offices.
