A market-leading Private Equity house is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Team Assistant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

 

Based in an exquisite Central London office, the Team Assistant will be responsible for supporting two teams including Heads of Department.  The Team Assistant will primarily handle traditional Assistant duties such as strategic calendar management, arranging international travel, processing expenses via Concur, as well as dealing with an array of ad-hoc and non-traditional administrative requests that arise.

Skills/Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ Assistant experience working within Financial Services
  • Keen understanding of how to effectively coordinate diaries and arrange international travel
  • Meticulous eye for detail, confidence to liaise at all seniority levels
  • Strong capacity to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
