The successful candidate will predominantly oversee and manage planned programmes covering energy efficiency works across all regions.  .

They will be working with our Principal Surveyor.   They will have a relevant technical (HNC or higher) qualification in Building, Surveying, planning in a similar technical field or you will be able to demonstrate that you have 6 years plus of experience within this sector. They will have a strong working knowledge of project management techniques and be comfortable supervising multi-trade contracts from initial offer to closure. Having experience in undertaking domestic and commercial building surveys and providing advice on matters such as construction defects and disrepair is key to this role.
