Senior Skilled Vehicle Technician needed in Stoke on Trent Paying  £2 per hr 5257200

Full time hours on a temporary basis  

Key Responsibilities:

  Join the team to ensure the reliability and safety of our fleet. 

  Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on various vehicles, plant, and machinery

  • Fault finding and diagnostic testing on electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics

  • Bodywork repairs, welding, brazing, and soldering

  • Conducting vehicle safety inspections and preparing for Vehicle Inspectorate tests

  • Responding to breakdowns, performing roadside repairs, and vehicle recoveries

  • Supervising and mentoring apprentices and technicians

  • Handling administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance and compliance
