Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Housing Customer Service Representative to provide first contact resolution for various housing-related enquiries. You will assist customers and stakeholders via phone, email, webchat, and social media channels, covering up to seven service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:

  • Provide first contact resolution for enquiries across multiple service areas.

  • Assist customers via phone, email, webchat, and social media channels.

• Service Areas:

  • Handle enquiries related to Responsive Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Housing Management, Estate Services, Income enquiries and collection, Leasehold enquiries and collections, Homelessness services, and Housing Allocations.
