Senior Housing Regulation Officer needed in Slough

 The rate is £40.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be Senior Housing Regulation Officers/Environmental Health Practitioners or equivalent with experience in private sector housing enforcement and regulation. 

They will need the ability to undertake full range of regulatory functions in relation to private sector housing including HHSRS inspections, property licensing, enforcement action and investigations and representing the Council at Court or Tribunal.  Must be experienced at serving Improvement Notices under the Housing Act 2004.
