Job Description:
Role Overview: Lead and transform housing services, ensuring compliance with regulations and placing tenants at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership for asset management, compliance, and building safety.
- Performance Management: Set and monitor service performance, ensuring high standards of customer care.
- Service Delivery: Deliver resident-led plans and high-quality asset management services.
- Innovation: Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Resource Management: Plan and deploy financial, staffing, and physical resources effectively.
- Collaboration: Work with external partners to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Workforce Development: Promote a culture of learning and workforce planning.
- Corporate Initiatives: Lead corporate initiatives and transformation programmes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Institute of Housing Professional Qualification Level 5.
- Experience in commissioning significant programmes of work.
- Ability to create and embed organisational values and behaviours.
- Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
- Experience in financial assessment and budget management.
