Complex Repairs Delivery Manager needed in West London

 The rate is £45.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead a high profile operation responsible for delivering resolution to complex repairs, disrepair cases and those where damp and mould may be an issue, ensuring high performance standards and delivery of aids and adaptations programmes enabling residents to stay in their homes wherever possible.

They will lead and manage a team that seeks to minimise inconvenience to customers and reduces any legal exposure, liaise with a wide variety of staff and contractors, and seek innovative solutions to ensure resident satisfaction.

They will also ensure all complex repairs, disrepairs and aids and adaptations activities comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and local authority policies and will address and resolve tenant and resident complex repair requests and complaints efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
