This role is within a Day Service setting for Rough Sleepers.

To support the smooth and safe running of the Rough Sleeping Hub (RSH) in Portsmouth.
Providing a welcoming, safe, and secure environment and offering specific support to homeless adults who may also be experiencing a number of complexities including mental health and or substance mis-use issues - providing support at the Rough Sleeping Hub includes:

Managing the entry of clients in and out of the building, always ensuring a safe ratio of clients to staff.
Answering enquiries face to face, by telephone and email.
Maintaining the RSH's daily facilities including, laundry, breakfast delivery, needle exchange, donations & light cleaning duties
Carrying out support plans, incorporating risk management and safeguarding responsibilities.
Manage and support work a case load of clients.
Facilitating drop-in sessions on-site.

Experience with working with vulnerable adults is beneficial.
