Building Control Surveyor needed in South West London Paying  £318.96 per day ref 1482180

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Review plans for a diverse range of construction projects.

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.

Provide Building Control advice through various channels (phone, email, in person).

Inspect dangerous structures during regular working hours.

Participate in the out-of-hours dangerous structures rota.

Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence.

Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.

Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with additional team duties.
