Full time hours on a temporary basis

Manage and lead the scrutiny function

Develop and amend policies and procedures as necessary, reviewing on an annual basis and overseeing all aspects of scrutiny functions.

Develop relationships with volunteers and panel members to ensure the smooth running of the scrutiny functions and to maintain individual’s motivation and commitment to the roles.

Support the Chief Finance Officer in undertaking the day to day management of risk including maintaining the risk register, regular reporting to the Senior Management Team and Joint Audit, Risk and Assurance Panel, drafting appropriate policy and guidance and undertaking risk assessments as appropriate

To support the Performance and Assurance team in holding them to account.
