Service Manager Mental Capacity Act and DoLS needed in Taunton

The rate is £360.00 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will report to the Principal Social Worker/Strategic Manager safeguarding and DoLS and will be responsible for providing professional leadership in relation to the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Advice and guidance will be provided across Adult Social Care where there is complexity, particularly ahead of Court of Protection proceedings.
