What you'll be doing:

• Meeting and greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner

• Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately

• Managing meeting rooms and appointments

• Dealing with post and deliveries

• Providing ad hoc admin support to the wider team

What we're looking for:

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional presentation and a helpful attitude

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Punctual, reliable, and adaptable
