The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Streets for People programme. Streets for People strategy sets out a bold vision and a firm commitment to improve our residents’ quality of life and take action on climate change.

They will aim to discourage through-traffic from using residential streets and put in improvements such as wider pavements to improve accessibility for all ages and abilities; bike lanes separating cyclists from walkers, and more green space for communities to enjoy.
