The successful candidate will assist the Capital Projects Delivery Manager in the project management and delivery of capital projects, the annual capital maintenance programme and other relevant strategic and service objectives.

They will be acting as Project Officer in delivering the construction related capital projects and annual capital maintenance programme and will report and present project progress at monthly project review meetings using the project management templates status and cost updates on all allocated projects.
