Job Description:
Job Title - Senior Data Analyst (Python)
We want the candidate to have recent hands on experience:
- Data Transformation in Python
- SQL
- Data Visualisation / Data Manipulation Libraries
Required Skills/Experience (the must haves):
- Python
- SQL
- Previous customer facing roles (speaking to stakeholders)
Bonus (the nice to haves):
- DBT
- Pyspark
- 70% Python / 30% SQL
Data Analyst - Python:
- Implement/maintain data transformation/manipulation logic as part of Actuarial BAU
- Implement/maintain data checks as part of Ops BAU
- Carry out data analysis to investigate query from Actuaries (may involve some elements of Data-Science)
- Build relationships with stakeholders to be able to translate their statements into concrete requirements
- Strong communication skills in general
