The rate is £16.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will join a Neighbourhood Management Team as a Right to Buy and Leasehold Officer within the Housing Services department.  

They will need experience in Right to Buy (RTB), leasehold or housing management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to be confident working with multiple stakeholders including leaseholders, tenants, Housing staff, other GBC departments (Finance, Legal etc.) and external organisations such as solicitors, mortgage companies and contractors.
