Temporary Administrator – Remote – Up to £27,000 (pro rata)
Full-Time Immediate Start 3–6 Month Contract (with potential to extend)

We’re recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Temporary Administrator to join a busy team on a fully remote basis. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, juggling multiple tasks, and staying on top of the detail, this could be a great opportunity.

What’s the role?

You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support across two key areas: onboarding coordination and apprentice scheduling. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

Key duties include:

  • Scheduling and sending invites for mandatory e-learning modules and full-day training sessions for new starters.

  • Maintaining and updating the master e-learning tracker to ensure training progress is accurately recorded.

  • Liaising with trainers and internal teams to manage attendee lists.

  • Chasing overdue training completions to help clear a backlog of outstanding sessions.

  • Coordinating site visits for apprentice candidates prior to offer, including scheduling, confirming attendance, and issuing joining instructions.

  • Liaising with site managers to confirm logistics and ensure everything is in place.

  • Keeping trackers and admin systems up to date with attendance and visit details.

  • Chasing post-visit feedback forms and logging responses appropriately.

About You:
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a high-volume or process-driven environment.

  • Comfortable using Excel and shared trackers to manage tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

  • A confident communicator who can work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

  • Temporary role, 3–6 months initially

  • Salary up to £27,000 per annum (pro rata)

  • Immediate start preferred
