• Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the organisation’s competent person under health and safety legislation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the Health and Safety Strategy.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Lead and manage the Health and Safety team, ensuring clear accountability and performance.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Deliver training and awareness programmes across the organisation.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
