Sales Solutions Specialist – Atlanta, Hybrid (Low-Voltage Systems, MSP)


We are working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) who specialise in IT and low-voltage infrastructure services primarily for franchise retail locations.
As the Sales Solutions Specialist your will manage incoming service requests for low-voltage systems. If you thrive on clarifying customer needs, assessing technical scope, and streamlining operations for a field team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for service requests, expertly clarifying issues and gathering details from customers.
  • Evaluate technical requirements for service, repair, or installation of low-voltage systems (CCTV, AV, structured cabling, POS).
  • Translate customer needs into actionable tasks, coordinating seamlessly with dispatch and field teams.
  • Provide basic sales guidance and pricing for service add-ons or upgrades.
  • Maintain clear documentation within ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Smartsheet).
  • Collaborate internally to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3 years in a customer-facing sales, solutions, or technical coordination role.
  • Background in low-voltage systems.
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to assess basic technical needs and determine appropriate actions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests.
  • A sales-minded approach with a focus on identifying opportunities.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in or with an MSP.
  • Technical sales or pre-sales experience in IT, AV, or low-voltage.
  • Understanding of SLAs and field operations.
  • Familiarity with workforce management platforms (e.g., Field Nation).
