IT Support Technician – Laptop Lifecycle Management
Warsaw, Poland – Onsite

Pearson Carter is working with a leading organization in Warsaw that is looking to add an IT Support Technician to their team. This position focuses on managing the full lifecycle of laptops from initial deployment to secure disposal. It's a great opportunity for someone with hands-on IT support experience who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Warsaw, Poland.

• Imaging and configuring laptops for onboarding, replacements, and repairs

• Ensuring all devices meet company security and configuration standards

• Managing inventory and tracking laptop assignments in the asset management system

• Handling returns, loaners, and lifecycle transitions

• Coordinating secure and environmentally responsible disposal of retired devices

• Providing 1st and 2nd line support for hardware issues

• Documenting IT processes and suggesting improvements

• 1 year in an IT support role with hands-on experience managing laptops

• Strong understanding of laptop hardware components and diagnostics

• Experience with Windows 10/11

• Familiarity with asset management tools

• Clear communicator with a customer-first approach

• Fluent English

This position is based onsite in Warsaw, Poland. Candidates must be available to work from the office daily.
