Full time hours on a temporary basis

We’re looking for a confident and self-motivated Carpenter to carry out a range of construction and property maintenance tasks within the Southampton City boundary. The ideal candidate will be skilled in carpentry and able to complete small works in other trades.

What you’ll need:

• Practical experience in construction/property maintenance
• Experience with UPVC installation is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and liaise with residents and colleagues
