Full time hours on a temporary basis

We’re looking for a proactive Waste Education & Engagement Officer to develop and begin delivering a resident-focused education plan around waste and recycling. The role aims to reduce contamination and improve recycling quality across Bromsgrove and Redditch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a waste education and engagement strategy
• Promote waste minimisation and recycling best practices
• Support internal workforce training and system improvements
• Analyse waste data to guide targeted communications
• Collaborate with the waste team to identify contamination at collection points
