Are you a proactive, organised administrator looking for a role where no two days are the same?
We’re working with a successful, international manufacturing business looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to support their multi-site operation in Bedfordshire.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering exposure to engineering processes, health & safety, contractor management, and stock control — perfect for someone looking to build their career within a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accurate work order logging and completion tracking
  • Manage stock control for parts, consumables, and site supplies, including ordering, receipt, and storage across three sites
  • Assist with contractor management — booking visits, checking documentation (including RAMS), and coordinating site access
  • Support health & safety compliance by maintaining risk assessments, COSHH records, and safe systems of work
  • Monitor and update records such as overtime logs, training matrices, and engineering documentation for audit readiness
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including visitor coordination, meeting support, and general site administration
  • Assist with sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the sites

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and updating electronic records
  • A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (multi-site travel required)
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive in your approach

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys variety, and wants to grow their career in a supportive, ambitious environment.
