Are you a recent graduate or early into your career, with a creative eye and strong administrative skills? Do you have a basic understanding of Adobe and an interest in how great packaging comes to life? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door of a global packaging business with a reputation for design-led innovation.

We’re working with a well-established packaging company based in Central London who are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and organised individual to support their busy Operations team. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Design, Projects, and Accounts, helping ensure smooth day-to-day processes and supporting the delivery of beautifully made packaging to clients worldwide.

This is an ideal role for someone with an appreciation of the creative process, a keen eye for detail, and a natural ability to keep things running behind the scenes.

The Role:

• Supporting the Operations Manager with administrative tasks across departments
• Working with external suppliers to support product delivery
• Assisting in the implementation of internal systems to improve workflow
• Helping to maintain high environmental, ethical, and quality standards
• Learning about the full production journey – from creative concept to delivery

We’re Looking For:

• Some prior experience in an administrative or support role (internships welcome!)
• Basic Adobe knowledge (e.g. Illustrator/Photoshop) or an interest in packaging design
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• A willingness to learn and ask questions
• A team player with good attention to detail
• Confident communicator and problem-solver
• Someone curious, adaptable, and proactive
