D365 CE Functional Consultant

I’m working closely with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner that’s growing its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) practice, following a number of major wins across key verticals including professional services, healthcare, and non-profit. They’re now looking to bring on an experienced D365 CE Functional Consultant to support a portfolio of enterprise transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and define business requirements across Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules

• Translate client needs into tailored D365 CE solutions and functional designs

• Configure core modules including Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform components

• Support testing phases, training, and post-go-live user adoption

• Collaborate with technical teams, including developers and solution architects, to ensure successful delivery

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices and optimisation strategies

• Contribute to internal delivery methodologies and solution accelerators

Experience

• Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions across multiple modules

• Strong background in customer engagement processes, such as lead-to-cash, case management, and campaign automation

• Previous experience with a Microsoft Partner or Consultancy (preferred)

• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a remote setting

• D365 certifications (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing) are a plus

Salary

This role offers a competitive base salary of 160,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training and certifications.

Location

This is a fully remote role open to candidates anywhere in the US. Occasional travel to client sites may be required—fully expensed.
