Join the Housing Asset Management Team to lead on repairs and maintenance inspections, manage contractor performance, and ensure high-quality service delivery for tenanted and void properties. You'll oversee compliance with legislation, budgets, and customer standards, handle complaints and claims, and work collaboratively across teams to support the Smarter Housing Plan.
