Leasehold & Right to Buy Officer needed in Portsmouth

The rate is £20.00ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need experience in Right to Buy (RTB), leasehold or housing management. They will be managing and processing all RTB sale applications, including dealing with enquiries, preparing documents and communicating with solicitors. They will provide clear guidance to tenants/leaseholders on the RTB process, eligibility and obligations as a leaseholder and will prepare legal documents, lease agreements and service charge estimates.
