Application Support Analyst – Assen, Netherlands

Pearson Carter are working with a global healthcare company seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team in Assen. This role involves supporting and maintaining validated business-critical systems, including LIMS, in a regulated environment.

This is a full-time onsite role (5 days a week). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Onsite technical support for applications and systems in a regulated environment.
• Maintain and administer validated applications (e.g. LIMS).
• Monitor performance, resolve incidents, and manage service requests.
• Support audits, compliance tasks, and change management.
• Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams for application updates and releases.
• Work on IT projects and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in application support, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
• Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
• Knowledge of networking, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly learn custom applications and compliance standards.
