This position offers an excellent opportunity to build on your planning or logistics experience in a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule and allocate daily work for up to 20 operatives, ensuring full and productive diaries
Manage emergency works and ensure response targets and KPIs are consistently met
Liaise with supervisors to arrange inspections and respond to variations as needed
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and clients, handling enquiries and issues professionally and promptly
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly workload allocation targets

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or logistics role – ideally in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach
Excellent multitasking abilities and a calm, solutions-focused mindset when working under pressure
Good IT skills and familiarity with scheduling systems or CRM software
Experience within construction, housing, or property services is advantageous but not essential
A team player who is motivated, reliable, and committed to providing a high standard of service
If you're someone who thrives in a structured role, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a supportive and driven team, we would love to hear from you.
