Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for a proactive and sociable Client Experience Assistant.
In this dynamic and client-facing role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our clients enjoy an outstanding workplace experience every single day. From providing a warm welcome at reception to maintaining the highest building standards and coordinating engaging events, no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct daily walk rounds to maintain the highest standards throughout the building.
- Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Support client move-ins and move-outs, including IT setup and office layout coordination.
- Handle client queries promptly and courteously, developing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organise creative, themed events to foster community engagement and client satisfaction.
This is a multi-faceted role offering exposure to all areas of a business setting. You’ll be challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a service-oriented or retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate professionally via email
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a confident, approachable manner.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
