About the Role:
As Head Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our organisation — ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care. You’ll oversee daily operations, support administrative processes, and create a welcoming environment that reflects our brand’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage front desk operations including calls, bookings, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Maintain reception policies, systems, and presentation standards.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a senior receptionist or front-of-house leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability with great attention to detail.
  • Confident using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and email platforms.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
